• The Ukraine is a respected and leading provider of competent Officers and Ratings to the International Shipping Industry and a nationality of choice for many of the clients within marine sector.
• For many years Shipping companies worldwide have had interests in Eastern Europe and so it was a natural progression for the TSM to establish its own manning center here. Commercially, it also made sense for us to establish ourselves in Ukraine as there is a very large pool of experienced seafarers working in the traditional and offshore sectors of the marine industry.

CREW MANAGEMENT SERVICES

As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our ship-owner clients, ensuring that each vessel we are responsible for is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings. We perform all crew-related functions including screening and selection, thorough references and documents check, assessment, long-term crew planning and arrangements, training, safety familiarization, liaising with vessel re any matters.

We also take care of travel arrangements and tickets, visas, allotments, accounts and any other matters arising.
