About TSM

Experienced Team

As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations, ensuring every vessel is manned with qualified, well-trained officers and ratings.

We perform all crew-related functions including screening and selection, reference and document checks, assessment, long-term crew planning and arrangements, training, safety familiarization, and liaising with the vessel on any matters. We also take care of travel arrangements and tickets, visas, allotments, accounts and any other matters arising.

By taking a hands-on personalized approach with seafarers from initial recruitment and throughout their employment, we have generated loyalty from Officers, Ratings and their families — keeping retention rate high, with a considerable positive effect on operational performance of client fleets.

Employees who perform work affecting services rendered by Total ShipManagement are competent and experienced. Competency evaluation is based on educational qualifications, further training, skill sets and relevant experience. Personnel are made aware of the relevance and importance of their activities.
